Snack Bar Rules and Regulations
The College Glen Little League snack bar is one of the fundraising activities for College Glen Little League.  The snack bar is staffed with parent participants and the operation of it requires only a few hours of participation per family each season.  Working the snack bar is not optional.

Each team is responsible for staffing the snack bar during the season.  Depending on the day/shift, two or three adults (over age 18) workers are required each shift.  Each team’s team parent will receive a schedule of shifts that need to be covered.  It is the team parent’s responsibility to fill the shifts then submit the schedule to the snack bar shift coordinator (Rachel Corvairt) prior to March 1, 2008.  A master schedule will then be prepared and posted on the bulletin board in the snack bar.  Rachel will contact the team parent via email to remind him/her of their team’s upcoming shifts.  It will be the team parent’s responsibility to contact their parent workers to remind them of their shift.  If a parent fails to work their shift, it will result in the forfeiture of their $50.00 deposit.

All food in the snack bar must be purchased.  No free food will be given to anyone.  There will be no exceptions.  Umpires will be given one free drink per shift.  Snack tickets are worth $1.00.  Change is not given for snack tickets.

Shift hours vary.  Completion of a shift is either the last game (after clean up is complete) or when the following shift arrives at the snack bar to begin their duty.  No one other than the shift workers are allowed in the snack bar during a shift.  Again, there will be no exceptions.  Children are never allowed in the snack bar during a shift.
